Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NBC, IEC, IS codes).

Conduct design review meetings and resolve on-site coordination issues during execution.

Supply and installation of modular switches, sockets, and accessories as per approved specifications.

Layout and installation of raceways (PVC/metallic) for power and low-voltage systems.

Concealed/conduit wiring to floor boxes, desk outlets, and service points with labeling and phase identification.

Structured cabling for data and voice (Cat6, Cat6A, or fiber) with proper termination and labeling.

Installation and wiring of CCTV systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and POE switches.

Fire Alarm System setup including detectors, hooters, control panels, and interfacing with BMS where applicable.

PA system installation with speaker zones, amplifier racks, and microphone stations.

Provision and configuration of smart switches and dimmers for mood lighting and energy efficiency.

Installation of occupancy/vacancy sensors in common areas and meeting rooms.

Integration with home/office automation platforms as per client requirements.

Design and install emergency lighting systems with battery backup/inverter-fed circuits.

Exit signage and directional lights in compliance with fire safety codes.

Ensure critical circuits are on UPS or dedicated emergency DBs.

Conduct insulation resistance, earth resistance, polarity, and functional tests for all circuits.

Testing and commissioning of all installed systems with certification.

Preparation and submission of detailed as-built drawings, cable schedules, test reports, and operation manuals.
