Cable Tray Installation (Ladder / Perforated / Raceway / Basket Tray)
Scope of Work:
Supply and installation of Ladder-type, Perforated-type, Raceways, and Basket trays as per site requirements.
Designing cable tray routes to ensure efficient cable management, separation (power/control/data), and future scalability.
Installation on ceilings, walls, floors, and structures using appropriate supports like clamps, brackets, and hangers.
Cutting, bending, and jointing trays using couplers and hardware to maintain continuity and alignment.
Ensuring proper grounding and bonding across all tray types.
Surface finish options including powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, and pre-galvanized steel depending on environmental conditions.
